Juvenile Crosshatch Trigger.....

Say "Hello" to my little friend. It took me forever to track one down this small. It's approx. 4" in length and eating anything I feed it - frozen, pellets, flake. :bounce1: The tail looks reddish (male indicator) while in my hand but is actually more yellow (female indicator) while swimming around. While swimming; there are hints of red that are prevalent along the fringes of the tail. Or...perhaps it's wishful thinking. :crazy1: It also likes to be "pet" while being fed - seriously. It will allow me to stroke its side when I place my hand in the water.

Thanks for your kind words everyone. My Trigger "Dream Team" is pretty much complete. It's taken a very long time but I've been fortunate enough to stumble across: Greenei/Kiri, Sargassum, Crosshatch, and of course a Hawaiian Blue Throat thrown into the mix. I may hold out for a confirmed/obvious small Male Crosshatch though.
