Juvie percula and BTA?

I've been seeing a lot that perculas tend to loose their black (especially as juvies) if they host a BTA. I have about 20 that I am going to move to a grow out tank soon. Should I leave the BTA or take it out. I would like them to be fairly black.

one of my clowns lost alot of every color cause it would never leave the nem....bright vivid orange turned int o a dull orange and dull black stripes...so shrug....

Alright thanks. I'm going to take it out, they'll be fine without it and the anemone wasn't looking so good with 20-30 fish cramming into day and night.
