Well, my kalk reactor is now completed and installed. It works like a champ. One thing I have found, you can not use the nylon bolts and wing nuts from lowes, they stretch and will break if you tighten them too much (Yes Chris I still need to get by to pick up the nuts and bolts you have), I did get them to work temporarily.
Another thing I found was when you drill the holes in the main tube, use water to cool and lubricate while drilling. I just ran the hose real slow while drilling both holes.
Couple of things I did, on the inlet side (water in) I got a piece of 5/16 rigid tubing, I drilled out the inlet with a 5/16 drill and added the tub so that the water going in goes all the way to the bottom.
I also added a 6 inch piece of 3/4" PVC to the inlet side which I think you can see in the final pic.

Get this, the pump (mag 2) cost more then the entire build.
