I had been thinking about creating a kalkreactor for a while, I wanted one for my 125 but did not want to pay $200.00 plus to get another. Therefore, I thought some more. After about a year of pondering plumbing and pricing pieces I finally decided not to build one. Then after another year, I revisited the decision and thought through design again. Anyway, it is not the prettiest piece of equipment that has ever been made but neither is a radiator but does it really matter what a radiator looks like? No, not really. It only matters that your car doesn't overheat while driving and your engine doesn't blow up. No one really cares if the radiator is clear or poo brown. All they care about is that it works efficiently. So, without further a do I give you a glimpse of what I like to call the Kalkinator 2000. Enjoy the demo.
Video of stir:
I put a little powder on top of the water to show the machine is stirring well.

Picture of reactor topping off a small pitcher. GOOD KALK flow leaving a few minutes after stir.
Clear tubing so you can tell the machine is stirring correctly.
