Kalkwasser locally

Is there any place locally that sells kalkwasser?

I think all the lfs carry some brand of kalk or some people use pickling lime from grocery store but I'm not familiar with that.

You can find Mrs. Wage's pickling lime at most Walmarts I believe. I'm sure all of the local stores would carry kalk powder.

Mrs Wages is seasonal - I haven't been able to find it at Walmart. We use BRS's kalk and it is a lot cheaper

FAOIS has the ESV stuff fairly cheap. I've heard of pickling line at the store, but it doesn't really seem worth the risk for a few bucks

People have been using it for years - only risk is a contaminated batch, which is going to be similar in any product - probably lower in this instance since it's a food product for humans. That said, if BRS kalk is cheaper no reason to search around for Mrs. Wages.

I use ESV as well. Have been doing so for over 6 years
