Kalkwasser Reactor and Ballast for Sale

I have a Reeftek Kalkwasser reactor for sale. Looking to get $80 for it. It has a new maxijet 600 on it.

Also a Coralvue 400 watt dimmable ballast. The ballast works find but the dimmer is not working correctly. $25

Is it delivering 400w? How do you know? How old is the ballast? Thanks

It was delivering enough current to turn on and drive a 400 watt bulb all day. Not sure if it was over driving it or slightly under driving it. I do not see a date code on it but it is 4 to 5 years old.
