I have a Kamoer dosing pump as well as the extension unit. Its quiet and reliable, better than BM imo.

I think the Kaomer, the BM and the Marine Color, plus a few others are all just made in the same plant in China, there isn't going to be alot of variation...

i agree, they are very similar to a few other dosers available. i have and use a kamoer dosing pump and havent had any issues with it for over 6 months now.
