Jaw infection. But since it's from live Aquaria not divers den I am worry it might have velvet as well. Just trying to give the wrasse antibiotics so it can heal the jaw.
I personally don't like mixing medications as a matter of practice. Best to treat the infection first, then deal with other problems if present. Is there a reason you suspect a velvet infection?
