They'll probably hatch in less than 5 days. You probably won't have the stuff to raise them by then.
You want the short version on how to raise the clowns?
Get a couple 5 or 10 gallon tanks. One for the rotifers and one for the fry.
Get either Instant Algae (easier but more expensive, but still cheap), or some type of phytoplankton. Nannochloropsis is alright, but there are better ones, like Tahitian Ischrysis. You'll need an air pump and empty 2 liter soda bottles. Feed the phyto micro algae grow, or some other f/2 fertilizer.
Get some rotifers. It is easier to start with live rotifers than cysts. Your culture will start faster. Add phyto or Instant Algae daily to the rotifer culture.
Feed the rotifers to the fry at least daily and put a bit of phytoplankton in the water to tint it green. This will actually help the fry see better and keep the rotifers nutrition high.
After a week or so on rotifers, either start introducing baby brine shrimp, or ground pellet/flake food. Make sure to feed rotifers and your new food for a few days so the fish transition to the new food. Don't feed baby brine shrimp too long. It isn't good for the baby fish.
You'll need an air pump (I think I have a Whisper for a 30-60 gallon tank). If you want more specifics, start a new thread and I'll explain more there, or check out the breeding forum.
It is a decent amount of work, but it is pretty cool watching them develop. You could also just collect the fry and give them to someone else to try to raise if it's too much work

I think there is a few people who breed locally.
