The last toadstool I had ever opened up. I had it for 2 days to find it torn apart from my damsel the next day. 60$ down the drain. THANKS DAMSEL!

This one I grabbed for 40$ and its at least twice as big

after messing with the white balance (badly I might add) this is what I could get of my green toadstool

the smaller one on the right in an ORA green polyped leather; that should show you the difference in polyp coloration

Very nice though. The one I got is like beigish with white tipped polyps.

it was sold to me as an LTA not a BTA, and I have never seen any tips even remotely bubble

will get some new pics tonight for you, a lot of the corals hae colored up moreso than they are in these pics too, I LOVE t-5s

I'm so stupid. I realized that I still have my old bulbs to play around with to see what will bring out the color I like.

problem is, older bulbs look different due to spectrum shift, so what you see with older ones may not be what you get with new bulbs

Well I'm going to be using the really blue ones that I had.

When I took them off, they still looked really blue. If anything they'll just be bluer than they look now, which I wouldnt really mind because I have extra actinic whites.

They're pretty nice. Last time my lighting had multiple brands of bulbs. I kind of like the Geisemann bulbs. I had only 2 switches on for my last bulb configuration for months. Maybe some bulbs still have some juice in them but whatever.

I gotta wait till my dad comes home to help me take the canopy and fixture off.

I know what you mean about getting other people to help you move stuff on your tank... The big thing for me is people who come over, and instantly want to play with the algae scraper, really frustrates me cause they run in to my rock, and corals, and sand, grr, :lol:
