Yeah it's gonna cost a pretty penny, but hopefully I can get my existing sump sold. I basically bought the little crappy sump I have now, for the same price this will cost. >.<

Anyways. I'm still thinking about the new sump. I honestly doubt I'll bite the bullet and go for it. I kinda would rather have the money. It's a more expensive project than I had wanted it to be.

Anyways, the Aquactinics event is Sunday... I CANNOT wait!!!

Why dont you just add a second seperate tank to your system that you can use as your frag tank? I have two tanks that share one sump and it works great.

Thats what I WANT to do.. but I have no place for another tank. The only other place would be my room or my basement, and thats not such an easy plumbing job. Dad refuses to do that.

Once again, the bathroom behind the fish tank would be a PERFECT fish room lol. But it's my parents house, so its their rules. Once I get my own place than I can work freely lol.

Well school is off to a bad start. Woke up today to find my big clam shell empty, and my fireshrim munching on him behind a rock. The clam wasnt open much yesterday, but did not look bad at all. Both the smaller clams are perfectly fine.. that pi$$es me off...

keep a close eye on the other clams. I had two last year and I lost one, then the other right after. My losses were caused by a rogue wrasse thou.

I dont have any wrasses or anything. I mean I did see it almost all the way closed yesterday, but it looked fine. I swear if its my peppermint shrimp I'm gonna go ballistic. But if it were them, why would they go for the big one and just leave the others?

Well not much but a few things have happend.

1. I took out my old moonlights and upgraded them to the Digital aquatics moonlights which look AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE. One of my favorite things about the tank

2. Got the Digital aquatics ATO float for 15 bucks, and got a reef fanatic ATO replacement bracket (for the one I have now), so I can just use the Digital Aquatics float on the Reef Fanatic bracket.

3. Sold the Reef Fanatic ATO to make a few extra bucks, replacing it with the Digital Aquatics ATO.

4. I think I bagged the whole new sump idea, and I'm gonna build a tank for my dad to toss some frags in. Thats gonna be a bigger project than anticipated.

5. My Purple hornets are growing like CRAZY. About a month ago I had like 12 or 13 polyps. I just counted 23-24. I think I'm gonna bag the idea of selling 1/2 the colony on ebay idea, and just sell 1+ polyp frags to the club.

Yeah I'll try to grab a picture with my bro's new(ish) camera. They're truly awesome. I have 4 pods in there right now. 1 on each side and 2 in the middle.. I might take one in the middle out though because it is a little too bright.

I thought the digital aquatics moonlights were dimmable but I guess not

Well I tried grabbing a video of the moonlights and it didnt come out so great. I'll try a better video camera tonight.

I'm probably heading over to 2 local fish stores today to see whats in stock. I'm hoping to come home with a few fish, but I can't guarantee anything, as I am very picky about my fish lol.

Well no luck at the LFS's so I'm thinking about making an online order.

I know the blue spotted jawfish and my lawnmower blenny may fight, but its a big tank so that helps

That blue spot jawfish looks awesome!!! I think you should be fine with the blenny, as long as they have their own area of the tank that they can make their own you should be fine

I'm gonna try a linkia, but like all large reef starfish, they are known to die young.
