kent marine phytoplex and essential

I have 1 piece of coral in my tank(yellow deepwater Gorgonian)
and have not feed it in a week. I was told to get Kent phytoplex and also essential elements because I now have a r/o water system for water changes. Does anyone else use this stuff?

i was wondering about it too, well the photoplex, not essential elements, i figure i get all the stuff that is in that via water changes

I use the phytoplex for feeding my mushrooms and frogspawn corals .

Hi dstalte....I use the essential elements from time to time in my nano....I have had the tank running for over 2 years and my tank seems to be really happy.

nice!! sounds like I'm on the right track. Maybe now that I have my feet wet I can go for a bigger tank!! Only thing stopping me is money$$ HAHAHA but Thanks for the reply.
