Kenya Tree killing SPS

Has anyone had this issue?
I added a few frags of some Acropora to try in my 240. It was all doing fine until my Kenya trees started going crazy. Now the two frags that were close (they weren't in the beginning) are dying. I moved them away from the Kenya and I'm hoping they may recover.
This stuff grows in all three tanks like weeds, it is so invasive I've been fragging it trying to get all of it out of my tanks. It's even started growing on the back glass of one of my tanks.

JIMO and experience my acros and other sps did better after I removed 90% of my soft corals. I use a good skimmer, chempure, purigen and W/C, but the chemical warfare can be too much for some sps.

its sometimes the slime or mucus that they produce that sometimes interact with the sps and kills them

What is the best way to irraticate this stuff? I cut it, prune it, and obviously it just keeps coming back. I'm guessing at this point I may have to just remove the rocks that its' on and replace them. My 75 reef tank is all LPS and softies and everything grows like crazy.
I really hate to take out a lot of my rocks just to get rid of this stuff.
