Kenya tree won't open

I have had this kenya tree for about a 8 months. It started as 1 little branch and has grown as big as a soft ball. It has not opened in the last 5 days. I got new lights a week ago. (pc to t5s and mh). I know it is probaly because of the lights. I am using the layers of screen acclimating method. The only other thing new is a phosban reactor. (installed same time as lights) Everyting thing else seems ok. It dropped new buds that seem to be not affected and opening fine. Do you think there is a chance for my Kenya tree? Here is a pic of it open and now.

I freaked mine out when I swapped out my VHOs. It did not open for a week or so, but then it slowly worked it way back. I have several buds around the tank that did not seem to be affected as much, but the buds tended to be in areas that did not get as much direct light.

Looks normal to me, it should open back up for you in a few days. I have found that they can take quite a beating and still come back. I gave a frag to someone who left it in the bag in his car for 2 days in the cold weather here in upstate NY and after he put it in his tank it survived!
