It should be ok.. In general a brain coral doesn't need much light..
Now you didn't mention any distances.. Its far more about the distance vs the size of the tank.. But provided that the coral is directly under the light in a normal 10 gallon tank it should be ok..
I would be careful... Brains need intense lighting, but not direct at all otherwise they bleach and die (speaking from experience). It's usually best to have them partly shaded under a ledge if you can't have them not directly under the light
