Kessil A80

Hi,
Anyone has experience eith Kessil A80. I have it close to water about 3-4 inch above but my soft corals only stand about 35% any higher setting and they close. Wonder if anyone experienced that. My tank is a 10g

I think a lot will depend on the lighting the coral came from. If the coral came from weak lighting (such as standard flourescent like what Petco uses) it may take time to adapt. That said, few people I know run LEDs at 100%. I believe many max out around 60% or so, so the 35% isn’t that bad. It may just be what your coral like and a slow ramp up to higher numbers is needed. Like 1% increase every couple weeks judging how the coral look.
