Woke up this morning and saw a 12" long, diagonal scratch down the front of my 75 gallon.........after much interogation, I come to find out that my 4 year old wanted to clean the front of the tank with a rock. Just thought Id' share this for entertainment purposes! : )

from what I understand.....to fix a scratch in glass just makes it worse......it will take the scratch away, but it will look a little distorted.......

Wow! That's an interesting story. Really is lol.
Whenever I have family over I hide everything under the beds, use locks, lol.

My little causen fed my dog a whole bag of dog treats for his dinner. That dog was happy... but there went a 12 dollar bag of treats you can only get in this one store that is about 40 miles away... lol.

Man, that's horrible. At least your child was "cleaning" the tank for you! How do you get mad at a 4 year old who meant well?

I do not have kids yet(me and my wife first year is comming up) and now I have something to look forward to!) To me that would be an exuse to get a new better tank:D

ya i know that issue my 2 year old likes to use the magnet clenaer to clean the sand bed... sand and glass dont mix...

Good thing the kid didn't use the rock and bang on the glass to put it in with the other rocks!!!!!!!!!

Thats the very first thing I said! I can only imagine what he could have done had I not installed a locking latch on the cabinet when I was building it!

Some how 1 2 3 time-out just won`t cut it this time!

Actually, thats not what got him in trouble. I realize that kids will be kids......its when he started lying to me that I got upset!
