Last week I bought a new "Devils Hand" (Sinularia) to replace a "too large" toad stool. It was doing find for a few days, then kind of leaned over and semi laid on the rocks. I know this is nomal for these kinds of coral when stressed, so I just left it and kept an eye on it.
Well today it looks kind of "skinny" so I paid more attention to it. One of it's "hands" was moving kind of strange ( I thought it was the flow), so I looked closer.....It was a nudibranch that looks just like the coral and there was more than one!!! I took the rock/coral out and put it into a tub of water and started removing/squishing these thing!! I think I got them all but there is a chunk missing from the base of the coral. It looks like something took a bite out of it!! I hope it recovers....
