Killer sale at blue zoo

Update

Update

Ok, so the order filled and should be delivered tomorrow.
Blue Zoo notified me that the diamond gobies recieved by their supplier were of poor quality, so I chose not to get them (or hold the order for others).
Also, it looks like we only got one pistol shrimp due to availability. Vince, you can have it if you want... I'll be making another order from someplace soon to get a diamond, and some tangs. Also, there was a late addition. See attached update... and try to bring ones if you can, otherwise I'll need like $20 in ones.
Thanks,
Adam

Fed ex called and the package is there... I hope to leave work by 4:30 which will put me home around 5:30 and you guys can stop by anytime after

I'll try to be there around 6 - maybe I will finally get to put some faces to names. I always wonder when I am at one of the local shops if I know some of these people if their faces only looked like their avatar :)

how'd everyone make out??? all clear here, although the wrasse played dead longer that I'd like... he eventually sprang up and swam off

All seems well here. My yellow tang is bullying the copperband (really nice colors) a bit but that was expected. The yellow coris checked out the tank for about 20 mins and then went into hiding (under gravel I think). The mandarin and the goby look great. You can't beat the prices.....Thanks Adam for setting it all up....

Dave

Thanks again Adam!

So far so good...

Can't find the Lawn Mower Blenny, I think he is hiding somewhere. Man those snails are huge...If they do their job, and someone needs a few I got 10 (not sure why), I can let a few go. I hope they don't knock my rocks over, that would not be good.

My Urchin is climbing up my overflow...that shouldn't be a problem right? It won't eat through that thing will it :)

Starfish...under the sand somewhere...No idea where...

Thanks again Adam - All is well on my end. MAN the clown goby is microscopic! He is hard to find in my nano. Thankfully really bright yellow. The sexy shrimp is so small he hides in the folds of my orange cap. The Rainsford was eating off the sand bed right away. Everything looks great.
It was great meeting you all!

All but the wrasse have gone to a better place. I contacted them about the butterfly and it took a while for them to get back to me with this response:

Hello David,

Sorry to hear about the loss from your recent order!

Even though you were part of a group buy, I will issue you a personal credit that you can use next time you participate in a group buy, or if you want to make an individual purchase. Normally, we require a digital photo for credit processing. If you have a picture of the lost fish, please send it to me, if not, will still process your credit. If you are storing the deceased in your freezer, you may discard it/them after you submit your photo.

I have opened a pending credit folder for you and should be processing your credit within the next 5-7 business days. Please note that credits are processed in the order they are received, so a slight delay may result. Notification will be sent via email and will contain the credit amount, coupon code and usage instructions. If you have questions about the guarantee, please click the following link or paste it into your browser http://www.bluezooaquatics.com/guarantee.asp

Note that credit expiration has been extended from 90 days to one year.

I will be your contact for the claim, so it will be best if you communicate with me directly. Sometimes I get a little behind due to the volume of emails I receive, but I will always get back to you as soon as I can. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send them to me.

Thanks for your business and sorry again for the loss,

Mike Ashenfelter
