So I have started using a refractometer after using a swing arm. My salinity was 1.033!!! Over the course of 24 hrs. I have lowered my salinity down to 1.025, obviously that means replacing tank water with fresh rodi water. I also switched from api test kit to a red sea test kit. After the water change (with fresh/no salt) my mg is 1400, kh 10.6 and ca 550. I don't understand why my numbers are so high when no salt or supplements have been added. My actual last saltwater change was on Saturday, if that matters at all.

Some brands of reef salts are formulated with high concentrations of the major elements. Your ALK & Mg are in the range that many reefers shoot for.

Only number I see high is your calcium you may want to retest just to be safe. Make sure your refractometer is calibrated with calibration solution.

I will definitely recalibrate the refractometer, although I did it several times already just to be sure and I will recheck my ca this evening, too. How will the high calcium negatively impact the corals/fish?

While the Ca is on the high side, it's not high enough to be problematic. I wouldn't worry about it. It will come down over time as things grow ;)
