Kind of coral

The first one looks kind of like a Sinularia IMO. I'm not too sure about the second one. Is it hard or soft?

It's soft. The guy told me it was s type of sponge

Can you take a picture of it without the blues on? Is this the same coral in your other thread or a different one?

A picture of that first one without the blues on would help too. Corals are easier to ID this way.

First one is a sinularia, second one is a purple plating sponge. My LFS has a bunch of it. I've never tried it although it is a nice color, and has kind of a waxy sheen to it.

Yes the second is purple plating sponge, I’ve always wanted one...

First photo looks like a capnella( kenya tree) type coral

Second photo is a blue/purple photosynthetic sponge plated coral
