"Knot" my new angelfish?

I've had this angel for about 2 weeks now. She is still in QT (being treated with hyposalinity for ich), but I noticed this "knot" on her head.

Is this something to worry about? Will it go away? She did not have this when I first received her.

Looks like lymph. Should go away on its own. Keep your water as clean as possible, big angels can be messy. I have four of them myself.
