know where to get live black worms?

Hey i was wondering where i could get some live black worms to feed to my manderin? Also any other food ideas would be great. I bought them yesterday and already they are fat as houses. They must have been eating all night, because when i got them from the store they looked a little skinny. i do have a established tank so please dont go all crazy on me. i am sure they could live off my copods alone forever but i know this is the bad part about having them so i want to make sure i get ahead on that part of it. thanks in advance

Why don't you buy live copepods, their natural food?

Do you have a fuge??? If stocked with rubble rock and macroalgae, pods will produce rapidly.

i have tons of copods - i just read that they also like the worms - so having a wide diet is better then just one thing.
