Kole tang diagnosis

My yellow eye has some small specks on the pectoral fins. He doesn't have them anywhere else on his body and none of the other fish have any. The sides of him have a slight appearance that there are very small, tiny spots in the horizontal strips that are missing. You can kind of see the broken lines on his side.

He appears healthy otherwise. The photo is the best I could get after trying for some time. I don't know if it's either velvet or Ich or something else? I know the tank will have to be fallow with either one but the time for velvet is half. Thanks for looking.

Edited too add that I did introduce a clown about a month ago and yes he was quarantined before hand for a month

DT, has been for over a year. I'm beginning to wonder if the "nicks" on his body are from the rocks as he's been chasing a blennie a lot lately. After getting a closer look the spots on the pectorals don't look raised either. They look to be in the fin. This might be a dumb question, but is it possible these spots are developing like he has on the rest of his of body? Or maybe wishful thinking.

Is he chasing the blenny near the bottom of the tank, and do you have small particle sand? Is is possible this is just sand stuck on his pectoral fin?

It's hard to tell as he doesn't quit moving. I was thinking that may be possible as well. I'll keep an eye on him for a couple days and watch for any changes. I do have fine sand. Thanks.

I believe I found out what the spots are on my Kole Tang. Early this morning I caught the yellow tang in the kole's cave and backing up to him. It appears he may spearing him. I put the yellow tang in when young and there has never been a problem with them getting along, until now.

It looks like the yellow tang has to go. I know some not recommend them together, but I know a few guys that have had success keeping them together. I won't try that again. Lesson learned.
