Kole Tang Sick

I got a Kole tang about 2 weeks ago and he was doing great eating right away.. I went on vacation for the past week and when I got home it looks as if his tail is almost "rotting" away you could say. Anyone have ay ideas of what this could be? Ill try to post a pic as soon as I can.

Tankmates are : Whitespotted Bamboo shark, cortez ray, naso tang
