Kole Tang White "Thing"

Okay so Ive had this Kole tang from DD for two weeks now. Everything has been great and he looks to be loving life. I noticed the tang had a white barb type thing on the very top of his head. Never seen a Kole tang before so it looked like it belonged because it was directly on top of his head. Well it seems to be getting worse and now there is another type spot that I noticed today. I'm not that good with pics but my best guess:Is it sort of lumpy, like cottage cheese? if so, its lympho, a harmless viral infection that will go away with good water & diet....and time. lympho can come in any shape or size.
