Kole tang with marble size lump

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me whats wrong with my Kole tang. It looks like he has swallowed a marble.
He eats like a horse and acts totally fine.
He's been like this for the last 6 months.

Any chance you can get a picture?

It depends where the marble is, as to what is wrong with him.

The lump sits in his lungs (I believe). Its about 3/4 of the way back of his body.
