kolorscape sand !

i bought 160 punds of kolorscape sand for my 150 i will probably only put 120 in the tank and 40 pds of live sand on top to seed ...am i on the right path?....also i want to buy hidden powerheads for my tank ..i will hide them behind rocks what gph do i need

I posted about that sand about a month ago and got alot of good replies. Alot of people have used it sucesfully. I read a thread where you should use a pencil to poke holes in the sand bed to kind of mix the live with not live sand.
