Koralia Not working help!

I bought a remake of Koralia 3 its called sunsun WAvemaker 800gph

bigger than a koralia 3 it spins but when ever i put it under the water it just rattles and not even blow water out it just rattle and rattle
when i put it under water halfway out it works but when its fully submerge it just rattle and rattle

I check the magnet i check everything is in right place

I need help
