I thought it was just for the 2's and 3's. The two 2's that I bought last month or so had a slip in them that said "new and improved" so I guess they must have fixed all the issues.

I was told by my salesperson that there was something like one in a thousand units that had some type of leakage of current from the housing.

These guys are in Sacramento, huh......are they designed and built or just imported here?

So, are you guys saying "ya or nay" on these things......Everyone was raving how inexpensive they were?

Sac dude is just the North American distributor. Hydor = Italy.

I like my post-recall 2's. Not as small as some of the more spendy wide-flow powerheads. About the same cost as an MJ mod but factory built.

I have a Koralia #4 and it requires about 11 watts of electricity.
Anything that saves power sounds good to me =)

yes, I just got a couple of #3's in the store and was shocked at the ratings, 850GPH and 10watts, the MJ1200 is 295GPH and 20 watts. and what is retail on the #3? and the MJ1200 about $20 difference?
