Koralia running in reverse??

Took my koralia apart for cleaning and when i put it back together, i noticed it was running in reverse!

any suggestions? Its a 1400gph model. one of the newer ones

If you look up some stuff on koralia's it seems that some of these have had this issue. If you call koralia's US headquarters they can probably help you out. I believe the cause is a missing rubber washer, but not 100% sure. I think the main issue is the magnets are lined up in reverse, so you just have to kind of re-position it. If you do a search on the forums you'll see what some other people have tried in the interim.

If it is an evolution the front grill is damageded. There is a stopper that prevents it from running backwards. Koralia will send you new fronts no charge.

I turned the polarity on the plug around, just unplug and flip always worked For me but i have a damaged front.

Seriously call hydor. They sent me 4 new fronts no charge. Fixed it.

I have one that does the same thing, i just unplug and plug it back in and it wrks fine. I will call to see about the new fronts now, thanks for the info.

i got it to work after unplugging/plugging, but im gonna call them and figure it out
