Koralia "tips"

I took off the tips that go on the end of my koralias tonight. I am getting WAY more flow out of them now. It isnt as directed in one place either. Its more spread out and much stronger. Those plastic tips were holding back the power. My 40 breeder has two koralia 3's and its like a hurricane in there now!

i just got 2 4's and 2 3's never had them before and i knew they had magnets so i thoought you would be able to move them.But with the suction cups on the magnets it wont let me move it. i still have to put my had in the tank to move it up or down.

Am I supposed to take the suction cups off?If i do will it scratch my tank?tank is glass buy the way.

im talking about the end of the power head where water shoots out. the magnet/suction cup keeps it on the glass. You need it. They dont move like a magfloat

Yes those end are more for like target water flow, with the ends off it shoots that water everywhere, like a fan effect pretty awesome flow out of the 4's.

i know what you are talking about.

i took the suction cups of and they still stay on the glass and you can now move them around like a magfloat

I have never used them. I actually bought my first 3 Koralia's before they even came with those tips. Then I got a new 1 and didn't really like it with the tip. Its to concentrated, almost like a regular PH.
