Korallin Ca reactor C1502 getting me crazy!

I'm having trouble with my korallin c1502.
The outline is constantly getting clogged and stops dripping, but only if I leave it with slow drip rate. After I open the outline valve a little bit it starts to work again. The only way it works without clogging is at a drip rate of 200 or more per second.
I already dismantled it and looked for obstructions and nothing seems to be out. I changed the tube line and nothing. The pump is ok and the media is correct.
Do any of you ever experienced this? Can anyone help?

What is the reactor pH? Are you running a controller on it? What is the bubble count and effluent rate? What media are you running? Most reactors will be in the ball park with 20 BPM and 30 Ml per minute. In general If the pH too low then the media will turn to mush and can clog your line. I have found the calculator to be a great help.

I guess some particles are accumulating inside the outline tube near the pinch valve, correct? Is there any other way of avoiding this?
