Korallin Calcium Reactor Help

Hello I have a Korallin Calcium Reactor C1502 that I picked up from a local reefer. I am having some questions as to how to set this up appropriately. It came with an Eheim 1042 that mounts to the top. I don't have the manual that came with the system and I am little confused about how to set it up correctly. Any help would be appreciated

I am using a Mag9.5 as my return for my 72 gal tank and I am debating on T'ing it off to fill the reactor but is going to create too much flow through the reactor?
