Kudo's to BRS

Hi all. I ordered some stuff from BRS a couple of weeks ago. It was delivered to my porch by UPS. It was to heavy for my wife to bring in so she left it there. I got home at 5:00 and it was gone. Stolen by some idiot. He probably ended up throwing it out when he saw what it was. (Calcium, Alkalinity, Carbon, etc) I got an e-mail today from BRS, they shipped out a replacement order today. NO CHARGE. Thanks BRS. I don't care how heavy it is, my wife better drag it in to the house.

FWIW, next time, have your wife open the box and take out individual pieces.
