L:awnmower Blenny Question

I have a lawnmower blenny and i haven't seen any issues with it until now. It is about 2 1/2 inches long and one of my nassarius snails popped up from the underworld and my blenny went over and picked it up in his mouth and swimmed around with it for a while, which was quite an interesting site. Then it flipped the snail over and looked like it was trying to pull the snail out of its shell. I seperated the blenny and the snail and the snail was almost the the way buried again and the blenny came over looking for it and it pulled it out of the sand and began picking at it again. So i tooked it out and put it in my other tank. I have had a few nassarius come up dead but didn't think they were killed. Anybody else have any epxerience with a Lawnmower blenny doing this? I have seen him picked algae off of the hermits shells, but the nassarius didn't look like it had any on it.

I haven't seen this with snails by mine used to pick hermits up and move them around the tank, although it never tried to pull them out, perhaps because they fight back.

It doesn't mess with the margarita snails, that i know of. haha crazy things

I like the blenny, are all blennys this aggressive?

I've seen them pick up and throw away snail shells, but not eat them.

Not sure if it actually ate the other snails or not, i didn't actually see it. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced it. Its worth having a lawnmower blenny though, even it is a punk to the hermits and snail
