Well after many phone calls and way too many e-mails I finally just pulled all the undersized frags and sent them a picture next to a ruler. They agreed that were undersized and should not have been shipped. They refunded me 50% to my cc (not a store credit). The frustrating thing is they should have asked for pictures first and then proceeded. All in all I am happy with the result. However, this entire experience made me realize just how much I miss having PC 2 miles from my house. APC is just not the same...
