They are my LFS. Dan at Salty Critter is a great guy. Just a word of warning though...I got some hydriods on 1 piece I picked up from the store. Took several scrubs to get rid of it all. But on a upnote, I got a 3" piece of green encrusting montipora as well that survived.

Thanks for the tip! I will look over the rock closely during the curing process to be sure I don't see any.

My LFS is going to be able to order this "Tonga Fusion" stuff for me. It isnt the really branchy looking shapes now that I've gone in and seen it. The shape and colors are surreal and I'm actually very very excited about it. Its very porous too which means lots more surface area for the good stuff to grow on :)

I've got 50 lbs of Uaniva from SaltyCritter and I highly recommend it! Matter of fact, I just put in an order for another 50 lbs! My first order was delivered through a friend (the airlines have trouble shipping to anywhere near me) and he mistakenly left the rock in a near-fresh water tank for 12 hours, but I still managed to have a few surviving tube worms, and the coralline is incredible! SaltyCritter's service has been excellent and they are currently my online store of choice for live rock and dry goods. Just my 2 cents.....

how much would 50 lbs be of that stuff?

$3.75 per pound plus shipping. You would need to call or email them for the shipping quote. I would call, that way you have a chance to talk to him and let him know exactly what you are looking for.

I have some that I ordered from International Marine Fish and I was unhappy with it. Colors were poor and basically only lime green. The rock is very flat but I agree that the shapes are interesting. I think it compliments a setup well but I wasn't happy with all of it in there. I believe mine was ancient lettuce heads. I have some pics of it somewhere, maybe I can find them.

I'll let you know.
