Im setting up a 9ft 400 gallon tank that will be built into a bookcase. The only location for a sump is under the tank. What are my options as I'd like to use the largest sump that will fit. Anyone DIY a large sump?
Sure- I have a 125 I put baffles in as a sump (1/4" plate glass) with a 29 plumbed in as the overflow/ water change tank. It's 7.25 feet long. But it's in a basement fishroom. probably doable in your stand if you have space
