Large tank clean up crews

What combination of snails and hermits do you guys find the most beneficial in large tank setups. My tank is 300 gallons in size. I have been going back and forth in my mind trying to come up with the best combination. I do have a sand bed so that will need addressed too. It seems that turbo snails don't last long for me. Red leg hermits seem to last a long time. The snail part is what I am really looking for some advice on

Well i had this saved on my desktop that i got after many google searches and its been pretty helpful so far...also i've switched all my Mexican Turbos for tiger turbos. The tiger's dont knock down all my frags over like the regular turbos and so far i havent lost any tigers in about 3 months.
