I am a noob with fish disease. Been in the hobby for about 2 years and thankfully never had sickness. My flame Hawk has large white spots on is tail fin and belly. I noticed a few days ago he was breathing very hard but that only lasted a few hours then he was fine. Spots appeared yesterday. He is breathing and swimming fine. His appetite is as pig-ish as always. I'm really hoping it is not ich. He is going to be near impossible to catch. Pics are not great he is hard to photograph he moves to quick. The first pic is spot on tail the large spot is algae on glass.

Here are pics any help is appreciated

How long after you released the wrasse did you notice the spot? Can you get a focused pic? More than likely this is not lympho. Typically lympho appears on the edges of fins/lips.
