Larger nanostream question

Roger,

When the larger, controllable nanostreams are released, will they have stronger magnets than what the 6025 has? I tried to mount a 6025 on a 3/4" thick glass tank, and it slides down after a few minutes of running, so, it's not strong enough for this gap. Obviously, a larger stream will require a stronger magnet, BUT, just as there are two different magnet mounts for the older type streams for different glass thicknesses, I think the nanostreams will have to have the same amount of strength as the older, larger magmount, by default. I don't think they should be made in two different magnet strengths, for different thickenesses, as this would surely drive up the cost of manufacturing for multiple versions of the same item.

Thanks,

Kirk

There is only the one size nano Stream magnet mount and no other sizes will be available.

What about for the larger Nano streams? Surely, they're not going to use the same size for the big streams, right?

Dude, I think the term 'larger Nano stream' is somewhat of an oxymoron. Roger just stated that they are all the same size magnets. Anything in the 'larger' form would be the turbelle stream pumps.
Sorry..

Maybe I misunderstood this...I was under the impression that as the ability of the pumps to move more water increased, a larger prop would be needed, and that the 6025, 6045, and 6055 would be different sizes. Seems that they are all 2.7" in diameter, according the the interzoo flyer. I was assuming that if they were larger, as the pumping ability increased, and weighed more, they would tend to drift more on the glass.

Thanks for making me look....
