Larger tanks (180+): How do you do water changes?

I have a 250, and i recently set up a continuious water chage with litermeteres. Previously, i humped 5 gallon buckets out of the aquarium, and replenished with a 30 gallon plastic barrel that i premixed salt water in..

I have a 210... I put intake and exhaust valves and hose ends in the plumbing of my closed loop system... I figure it would of been a waste to make the strong little pump do just water circulation.

I mix some new salt water in some Brute trash cans and let it age a little. Then I hook up the exhaust of the closed loop and let it empty into a sink/bathtub about 10% of the water. Then I hookup the intake and place the hose in the new water and suck it back into the tank.

All told the process takes about 20 minutes, most of which is spent playing "Ace Combat 6".

sweet idea if you have a closed loop! Im hoping my continuous system works wonders lol. Your way would have been a bit more cost effective.
