last big fish

What about A marine betta?

I didn't know those were reef safe. I was always under the impression what can fit in its mouth it eats.

Engineer goby? They get to about 1ft. Unless you are looking for a swimmer.

could be kind of cool since they look like an eel

How about a pyramid butterfly? I've had one in my tank for years & it's been a model citizen. They are very reef safe from my experience.

going to look them up right now. always like butterflies

Look nice but pretty reclusive.

don't they usually come out just at night?

My huge engineer goby turned predatory btw.

what about a trigger??? like the looks of them and seem to have a lot of personality. Mr. Saltwater tank has one but I think he has a crosshatch? Which is way out of my price range for a fish. anyone have any experience with any particular trigger in a reef with snails and peppermint shrimp? actually now that I think of it I don't think the peppermints are a live. I haven't seen them in months
