Thanks to everyone who came by this weekend. We had our own little Cedar Rapids/Iowa City GIRS meeting Sunday afternoon. After a busy weekend I only have a few things left. Some folks reserved stuff, but didn't showup. Please help me find a home for the following, otherwise I have to give it to Hung and you'll pay a ton more for it to buy from him.

Live stock
Royal Gamma $20
2 black and orange clowns $10 each
Purple tipped Sebae anenome $20 ($30 for all if clownfish go with it)
Red bubble-tipped anenome with flurorescent green base $50
A bunch of snails $0.50 each
2 Tongan fighting conchs $4 each
Pulsing White Xenia $5/ bunch
Purple ribbon gorgonian medium $40
Purple devil's hand leather with green polyps $40
Branching green frogspawn 4 heads $30

Equipment left
75 gallon RR with overflow with cherry wood trim and cherry enclosed stand $250
Rio 2500 return pump $25
TurboTwist Sterilizer 9 watt with MaxiJet600 $40
15 gal all-glass aquarium $15
Corallife power strip and timer $30
Lots of water test kits $30 for all of them

Your prices are about what you'd pay at the store, at least for the livestock and corals........... give or take a few bucks here and there. Good luck with the move though, hope it goes well :)

Ok lets play the name a price game.

I will confess I have not bought a fish in 3 years, so prices must have come down everywhere except Sea of Marvels.

I would like to apologize to Hung as there seems to be some confusion about my posts. I have worked with Hung for the last 4 years and think he has nice fish and supplies. Unlike many fishstores he tries to steer us the right direction. In fact he is the only fish store I go to with the exception of internet shopping for some different colored corals he doesnt usually stock. I have no idea what his prices are like compared to other stores, but he's always given me a good special price. So when I say I am giving him the corals I dont sell, I am sure he will take good care of them until he sells them to someone else. I am not sure what he would ask for a price on those, but I know I paid more for some of the things I am selling.

Oh and if you havent seen the new store its awesome.

I have to say Hung was great yesterday. He had his daughter reopen the store after hours for me to shop before I headed back to DM. That is great customer service. The store is awesome and puts the ones in DM to shame.

Thanks to everyone in the club and on reef central for helping me find home for my livestock. Everything has either sold or been claimed with pick up this weekend.

So if you know of anyone who wants a 75gal RR tank which appears to have built-in cabinetry in cherry wood, please email me.

Its been a pleasure learning with everyone. I hope to return to the hobby someday, maybe when I become an empty nester in 20 years.

Chris
