last rhomboid attempt

Goldens are weird lately... It is impossible to get straight answers from suppliers as to how they are being collected (if differently) because the divers barely speak english.

Please keep in mind they are very deep, and sometimes deep fish just dont survive no matter what you do.

We are trying to get some from Kwajalein which will be properly collected for sure. Logistics are prolonging the shipment but hopefully next week!

Mine just came out of an 8 week QT last week and has done well so far. I have a female/young male. With some wrasses and anthias Ive had pretty bad luck with males, they seem to adapt poorly. I have a lot better luck with females and small males.

Wow, never had any problem with these guys, and I've been deco-ing them for 15 years. I'll work to get some healthy ones sent out of the Marshalls.

out of the 4 the smallest female survived and still doing well in qt . maybe small females are the way to go after all.

Out of my trio, I lost the male after about 1 month. The 2 females are still doing well in the display after having them almost 3 months. Look like the slightly larger female is changing to male, as she starting showing more blue/purple.

Always go with small females..I've had 14 come in in the last 3 weeks. 6 males, 8 females.. All males developed swim bladder issues, all females are fine and eating except one i'm concerned about.
