Six-line wrasses, yellow wrasses, and target mandarins are good at eating flatworms.
A while back, Marine Solutions had velvet nudi's but I don't think they are something that are always stocked. I would call them.
Siphoning with airline tubing works well (and you lose a whole lot less tank water that way too).
You can do a freshwater dip on some coral colonies (provided you've buffered the water up to the correct pH and have heated it to be the same temperature).
However, I would not do a freshwater dip on any live rock or the sandbed. You'll lose your clean-up crew (bristleworms and such) and you'll disturb the bacteria in them as well. If any worms don't come out and die within the rock or sandbed and most of your bacteria has also died off, you'll end up having to go through a cycle again.
