Lawnmower blenny food?

I've had a lawnmower in my 55g tank for a little over a month now. It seems he was starving at the lfs I bought him at because he looked pretty thin.
Currently he seems to be doing fine, munching on algae on the glass, looks like he's always got a full belly.
I'd like to give him some supplimental food, but there's a few problems:
He's REAL shy.. I have around 120 lbs of rock in the 55 and i rarely see him (maybe once a day if that)
I've tried feeding a little extra seaweed sheets when feeding my tang, but its almost like a race to eat it up (between the tang and my lunare wrasse (yes, it eats seaweed right beside the tang).
The lmb seems to want to try the seaweed from time to time, but with 2 fish eating it, it seems a little shy to horn in and munch on a piece..
So.. what method and what type of food would be good to introduce him to?
Thanks

You could try wrapping seaweed round small piece of LR rubble with a rubber band & tuck it somewhere the Tang & Wrasse can't reach.

I've tried that once..
The wrasse is pretty agressive when it eats, and it just rips the seaweed right out from the rubber band (or else the seaweed will rip where the rubber band is).
The LMB doesn't seem very interested in the seaweed.. Wondering what else it might like?

MY lawnmower blenny LOVED frozen mysis shrimp, the small stuff like Hikari brand. I actually had to remove it from my seahorse tank because it was out competing them for food. Hope that helps a bit..

Thanks guys.
I know he doesn't eat flake (I usually do small feedings) beacuse no food floats away in his direction.
I'll try the mysis as I have some on hand.
