Hate to disagree with you, but Fenner/Calfo call it a "Donkey Dung" cucumber (Holothuria mexicana, see http://www.wetwebmedia.com/seacukes.htm). I won't say that "Donkey D*ng" is not an accepted variant spelling (like color vs colour), but, umm, I'm not sure it would be allowed in a family oriented forum.
Certainly, the spelling of this particular cucumber would be an amusing topic over a beer...
