leaky sump

man did i say something good this week everyone was asking how my tank was done at the swap.fri am i noticed a small puddle by my sump i figued this happens once in a while in and out of the tank i made a mess,nope fri night like 3am the puddle was back.6am getting ready for the swap no puddle and it was good all night sat sun am after i had a chance to catch up on sleep and came to a huge puddle 2 hours to cleanup.then i had to go to work. after work i went to loose the nut on the bulkhead up and the whole end cracked top to bottom so much for useing a new tank for a sump.so today i spend hours cleaning up the mess under my tank and put my mag 12 in the tank for water flow cause 1 vortex wasn't enough.i'm so bummed now.

so now i'm looking for plan on a custom built sump 26 wide 32 long and 17 high has anyone resently priced 1/4 inch glass the best price i got was $4.50/sq ft. anyone know someone sump has to be build on site and each peice will need to be slid into the tank because the biggest opening in the stand is the middle front door (20 x 20)

I have some Glass from an old tank that I took apart that we could maybe work out a small trade on if you want. It was at least a 50 gallon tank, but I dont remember the exact size of it, I will measure it if you want to work something out. As far as a trade goes, I wouldnt be asking for much.
